LeTracker - Visite guidée

LeTracker allows collision repair shops to list and manage jobs in progress, and add pictures and comments. In addition to this, clients of the repair shop receive the V.I.P. treatment, as they are informed of the progress on their repair.

--» Your clients enter their 5-digits code and can check on their file directly on your website.
Collision repair shops without a website:
    --» Consultations are made on LeTracker.com website.
    --» Your clients enter their 5-digits code on LeTracker.com's homepage, and their file is displayed.
    --» The file is personnalized to your company's colours, and your logo is displayed in the header.

What the client sees

1) Once the client has entered his code, a file full of information is displayed.
2) He can check on the progress of his vehicle, read messages and view pictures of the repair.
3) The shop's contact information is displayed, and a link for emailing the person in charge of the file.

1) Access a file. 2) Forward it to the next step. 3) Add a new file.

Easy handling of files

1) Forward or modify the steps of a repair. 2) Add documents, pictures and messages. 3) Correct information.

Manage User Access

1) Add your employees. 2) Different access levels are available. 3) Deactivate/reactivate access as needed.

Useful Reports

1) Specify the type of report. 2) An Office Excel report is generated. 3) Download it or send it directly to the insurer by email.
